Mechanism of Nitrate Accumulation in Vegetables and Its Contents Evaluation

Abstract

Abstract: Based on a lot of previous work,the mechanism of nitrate accumulation in vegetables and its contents evaluation were discussed.Its purpose is to advance the study on the basic theory of non pollution vegetables production and to accelerate development of the production of non pollution vegetables in China.
