Abstract: Mordern ornamental plants, Anthurium scherzerianum Schott and Philodendron enbesoens cv.Red Emerald were propagated successfully by means of tissue culture techniques.Through gradual subculture, the best clone was selected as proliferatative material from a large amount of callus of Anthurium scherzerianum schott. The results of transplantation showed that:plantlets could start to grow vigorously only when the temperature of medium in the container was about 15~20 ℃,and room temperature was 22~25 ℃ in all acclimatization stages.Better the transplantation medium of each kind of plant was chosen in this study.Out test tube rooting of cuttings derived from in Rapid Propagation have been achieved by the treatment of exogenous auxin.
