The Relationship Between Nitrogenous Fertilizer Application and Environmental Quality

Abstract: This article is a literature review about the process of nitrogen absorption,transfer and assimilation in plant.Five issues wese discussed:physiological functions of nitrogen,absorption and assimilation of nitrogen,roles of nitrogen in agriculture,over application effect of the nitrogen on the environment and some suggestions on controlling nitrogen pollution and increasing nitrogen utilization efficiency.
