Abstract: LRR type receptor like kinase(RLK) RHG is up-regulated in developing seed coat of sensitive strain relative to resistant strain to Aspergillus flavus.Based on the knowledgy that variation in sequences of LRR type RLK cause their function variety,we compared similar protein sequences encoded by ESTs from resistance and sensitive strains of Arachis hypogaea in public database, found that there were significant differences between protein sequences resistance and sensitive strains of Arachis hypogaea. We further conducted expression differential analysis on different tissues in different developing stages of both peanut Aspergillus flavus resistance and sensitive strains. The results indicate that up-regulation of expression of RLKis a possible reason of Aspergillus flavus resistance.

Key words: Aspergillus flavus, Arachis hypogaea, Receptor-like protein kinase, Resistance gene
