Abstract: In order to study the pathogenic mechanism and prevention and control measures of M.serrata, this paper isolated pathogens from the lung tissue of suspected M.serrata, and obtained a dominant strain named ZF2.Morphological observation,16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, animal regression test and drug sensitivity test were carried out.The results showed that the isolated strain was Gram-negative bacilli and had strong pathogenicity to healthy piglets. It was identified as Moraxella osloensis by biochemical test and molecular biological identification. The strain showed strong resistance to azithromycin and erythromycin. The results of macrolide resistance gene test showed that ermB gene was positive. This study provided a scientific basis for the selection of reasonable and correct antibacterial drugs for molamycin in oslo, and laid a foundation for further research on its resistance mechanism.

Key words: Sow, Moraxella osloensis, Isolation and identification, Susceptibility test, Macrocyclic resistance gene
