Progress of the Study on the Variation of Wheat Endosperm Store Protein

Abstract

Abstract: This paper summarized the different variation of wheat endosperm store protein in tissue culture, chemical reagent treatment, radialization, exogenous DNA introduction and transgene etc, discussed the potential variation mechanism, and prospected the applying of the wheat endosperm store protein variation in scientific research and breeding.
