Abstract: To identify the genetic relationship between the main oat cultivars in Zhangjiakou region and wild species,9 oats cultivar and one tetraploid wild oat were analysed by ALFP.The results showed that the Nei's genetic identity among the oats for the test distributed in 0.526 8~0.869 6,and values of among each oat cultivars and wild ranged from 0.526 8 to 0.801 8.The 6th cultivar had the highest genetic identity value with wild oat,No.7 followed, and the No.2 was lowest.Cluster analysis showed that No.1,3,4,5,and 7 samples clustered a group,in the genetic distance 0.314,based on genetic identity. They can be divided into two groups, the 1st and the 6th samples grouped into a group, the other samples grouped together. These results suggested that the No.6 variety was most closed with tetraploid wild oats, inherited the genetic information of wild.
