Abstract: Basing on the sequence of bovine Y-specific repeat sequence,5 pairs of bovine male-specific PCR primers were designed, meanwhile basing on the microsatellite genes,3 pairs of bovine-specific PCR primers were designed as internal control primers. Two pairs primers of Y-specific and 1 pairs of bovine-specific were selected basing on the single PCR amplification of bovine DNA,one pairs of primer combinations BY1 /A1 was established for sex identification by Multi-PCR amplification of bovine genomic DNA and embryos.
