Abstract

Abstract: "Cell culture is the basis technique of cell biology;it is widely used in cell biology,molecular biology,and endocrinology.Currently in vitro the bovine mammary epithelial cells culture methods include enzyme digestion method,mammary tissue culture method,mechanical disruption and centrifugal method from milk based on their morphology.The application and the future trend of the bovine mammary epithelial cells culture in vitro methods were reviewed in this article. "
