Abstract: In order to explore the changes of alfalfa quality after raining,Damp-dry alfalfa and the ways of modeling scene raining were selected to study the different rainy pattern to the mildew growth laws and the quality of alfalfa, the alfalfa was respectively assigned control group, group 1(raining one time),group 2(raining two times continuously),group 3(raining one time every other day),group 4(raining four times continuously). Results showed: the mildew reproduced quickly as a conic, and plenty of mildew were found for group 2 as well as group 3,and the number of mildew reached maximum after 4~6 days of harvest, while, mildew was less relatively for the group 1 and group 4;The content of crude protein(CP) had no significant change(P 0.05),but no matter what times of raining, the content of crude fat(CF) and soluble sugar(SS) was both downtrend, which declined slowly for the group 1 as well as group 2 and rapidly for the other two groups, besides difference was marked compared with the control group from the 6th day;while(P 0.05),the content of NDF and ADF was uptrend and the difference was markedble conpared with the control group(P 0.05);after raining,Met and Leu were up-trends,and Glu along with Gly was a fluctuating change, while, the total amino acid and other 13 of 17 kinds amino acid showed a small change when raining one time and two times, but with raining times increasing to three times and four times, the content was notable dropping trends compared with the control group(P 0.05).
