Abstract: To know better the genetic diversity in homoeologous group 1 of wheat, a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population derived from a cross between two winter wheat cultivars, Longjian 19 and Q9086, was used to study the segregation distortion and the genetic diversity in homoeologous group 1 of wheat by SSR marker. The re- suits showed that twenty three pairs of SSR markers selected in 97 pairs of SSR primers were polymorphic between two parents. The polymorphic frequency in different chromosomes of homoeologous group 1 presented 1B (30.30%) 〉 1A (28.57 % ) 〉 1D ( 10.34% ). Total of 107 polymorphic markers were identified in RIL population with a range from 2 to 10 and a mean of 4.65 per each SSR primer. Polymorphism information content(PIC) ranged from 0. 326 to 0. 880 with 1B(0. 709) 〉 1A(0. 534) 〉 1D(0. 498). Genetic similarity coefficient(GS) ranged from 0.40 to 0.96. According to SSR polymorphic markers, the RIL could be divided into nine subgroups. The ratio of parental genotypes was segregated into 1:1.13 in RIL population. Total of 15 SSR markers showed the significantly segrega- tion distortion(P 〈 0.05) with 65.2% of segregation frequency by Chi-square test, favoring either the marker al- leles of male parent Longjian 19 (7 SSR markers) or female parent Q9086 (8 SSR markers). Among these segrega- ted SSR markers, six segregated markers was distributed on chromosome 1A,seven markers on 1 B and two on 1D.
