Abstract: In order to research the Beauveria bassiana HFW-05 strain in soil in persistent storage, the soil mix bacteria method had carried on the preliminary exploration.Initial bacterial biomass was 1.0×107spore/mL concentrations.Continuous observation 60 d,the results showed that Beauveria bassiana in soil persistent within two months,a number of colonies showed a downward trend involatility, slower rate of decline,in the release of 30-60 d, Beauveria bassiana in a stable state of fluctuation,CFU continued in the 106 cfu/g.At the same time, the number of soil microorganism population had little effect. There was no significant difference before and after the release, the virulence of Beauveria bassiana against Plutella xylostella, didn't destroy the original ecological balance.
