Isolation and Purification of Tobacco Wildfire Bacteria Using PCR Technique

Abstract: Specific PCR identification primers were designed in this study to purify collected Pseudomonas syringae pv.Tabaci isolates using PCR technique.The pathogenicity of purified Pseudomonas syringae pv.Tabaci isolates were evaluated by inoculating tobacco plants.The obtained results verified the specificity of identification PCR primers and proved the practicability and reliability of the isolation and purification of Pseudomonas syringae pv.Tabaci using PCR technique.
