Abstract: Influencing factors of rice genetic transformation mediated by agrobacterium are as follows, includingAgrobacterium tumefaciens strains and vectors, rice genotypes, transform receptors, co-culture conditions, selectablemarker genes, regeneration procedure and so on. Combined with our experiments, above factors are reviewed and theexisting problems in the transformation procedure are discussed in this paper.
