Abstract: Three day old wheat seedlings were subjected to different heat stress by using methionine to label the proteins synthesized during the treatments.More than 10 sorts of protein were induced at among them the proteins were the mostones. The amounts of proteins induced declined significantly after 4 hour stress. The seedlings first exposed to developed heat tolerance to otherwise lethal temperature.
