Determination of Toxic Protein Ricin a Chain Gene was Co-suppression of Seed Poisoning Protein Content

Abstract: The purpose of this experiment was to a chain gene toxic protein was co-suppressed in transgenic castor plants T0,T1,T2 seeds were determination of toxic protein content,obtain a low content of toxic protein ricin new transgenic material to lay the foundation.The results were as follows:we used phosphate extraction method,BCA kit method,UVwin5,ultravioletV5.1.0,BandScan protein quantitative analysis.,after obtained the two co-suppression stable genetic material,nameed T2-9-1,T2-15,A chain toxin protein content were 0.Contrast Tongliao 5 ricin B chain respectively 77.63%,83.38%,both materials could be used as low-toxic protein ricin material to promote.
