Abstract: Under the condit ion of high temperature( 22℃( CK) , 32, 36, 40℃) and the atmospheric relative humiditywas 40% , physiological and biochemical indexes including the chlorophyll content, the Superoxide dismutase( SOD) activ??ity, the Malondialdehyde(MDA) content and the soluble sugar content were studied by collecting the f irst leaves of wheatYannong 19 when the wheat is in double leaves period. As the result shows: with the extension of stress, the content ofchlorophyll drops quickly, furthermore, with the rising of temperature, the rate of degradation of chlorophyll will increase.Total activity of SOD and the content of MDA rise first then drop, while the soluble sugar content rises all along.
