Abstract: The dynamic changes in POD, PPO, PAL, SOD in leaves of different cucumber cult ivars were studied afterthey were infected by fusarium oxysporum at seeding stage. The results showed that the enzyme act ivities were raised fo-llowing the days past when they were infected by fusarium oxysporum. but POD, PPO, PAL, SOD enzyme activities of resistantvarieties was higher than the susceptible ones. These reactions illustrate the four enzymes play an important role afterthey were infected by fusarium oxysporum at seeding stage.

Key words: Cucumber, Fusarium oxysporum, POD, PPO, PAL, SOD
