Abstract: The purpose was to study the effects of air humidity on stress physiology of the grafted cucumber in?high temperature in plastic tunnel under CO2enrichment. With the cucumber variety Jinchun 4 as the tested material, the cucumber plants were made for 3 treatments of air humidity as (95 ±5)% (L1),(75 ±5)% (L2),(55 ±?5)%(L3)in high temperature of 40 -45℃ under CO2enrichment respectively. The result showed osmoregulation?substances had an increased tendency with the treating days;MDA of the treatment L2and L3was increased and L1?was increased first and then decreased;cell membrane permeability of cucumber leaves of treatment L2and L3was?increased and L1was decreased;the cell protective enzymes activities of L1and L2was all increased and L3was increased first and then decreased with the treating day. It was revealed that the plants had self-adjust abilities of?stress tolerance. Proline content,MDA,the cell protective enzymes activities and cell membrane permeability of cucumber leaves had a decreased tendency respectively with the treating days and showed L1﹤ L2﹤ L3. The soluble?protein of treatment L1was decreased 17. 23% and 18. 61% respectively compared to L2and L3after treatment 24?d. The same situation was for proline content was decreased 51. 28% and 70. 72%;soluble sugar was decreased 24. 02% and 37. 21%;MDA was decreased 43. 44% and 55. 28%;cell membrane permeability of cucumber leaves?was decreased 74. 46% and 74. 46%;SOD activity was decreased 41. 88% and 38. 19%;CAT activity was decreased 61. 21% and 67. 35%;POD activity was decreased 27. 80% and 39. 45%. These results illustrated that the?grafted cucumber plants was protected from stress tolerance in higher air humidity (95 ±5)% with high temperature plastic tunnel under CO2enrichment. The ability of resistance stress tolerance of grafted cucumber plants was?increased and hurt of plants was alleviated by stress tolerance under higher air humidity with high temperature under?CO2enrichment.
