Abstract: Research on biochemical parameter of summer soybean response to elevated CO2will benefit to learn?about physiological changes of summer soybean under future Climate Change. This study content soluble sugar content, protein content and SOD,POD activity of summer soybean with FACE(Free air CO2 enrichment) in the field?conditions. Results showed that the soluble sugar content of leaf had no obvious changes, however the protein content?and the SOD,POD activity in different varieties of summer soybean bad different changes with elevation of[CO2].?Protein content of Zhonghuang13 increased 44. 20% in flowering stage, but Zhong huang35 increased 49. 31% in?seed filling stage. SOD,POD activity of Zhonghuang13 decreased 17. 35%,27. 26% in flowering stage, and SOD activity decreased 22. 38%,but SOD,POD activity of Zhonghuang35 decreased 50. 85%,47. 47% in seed filling?stage. The results suggested that protein metabolism in leaf of summer soybean could be intensive,on the country about the resistance, the descending resistance of Zhonghuang35 could be much obvious than Zhonghuang13.

Key words: FACE, Summer Soybean, Soluble sugar content, Content of protein, SOD, POD activity
