Comparison on the Activity of Three IsOZymes in the Development of Male Sterile Lines of Radish(Raphanus sativus L.)

Abstract

Abstract: Using three male sterile lines of radish，the activity of three isozymes were studied during development sterile plants of vegetable and reproductive stages. The results showed that the activity of POD in leaves of their male was lower than in the male fertile ones. and in anthers behaved opposite result compared with POD. The activity of SOD and the fertile ones. showed opposite result. The activity of EST showed the same between male sterile plants
