Development and GISH Identification of Salt-tolerant Translocation Lines Between Wheat and Leymus multicaulis

Abstract: Pure lines from antherulture of intergeneric hybrids between wheat and Leymus multacaulaswere used to develop pure translocation lines with salrtolerance and ideal agronomicharacteristics through cytlogical detection,field selection,resistance assessment,omprehensive observation of agricultural characteristics,yield trials,and molecular marks(GISH).
