Abstract: The experiment results showed that the optimum temperature for Gerlachia nivalis penetration is 17~20℃,and for disease development in tissure of the host is above 20℃.The infection occured above RH 93% in 2~3 days, and the longer the period sustained, the severer the disease occured.Under 20℃ and saturated humidity condition, when light intensity is 8000 10000lx,and lihgt controlled 6h every day,it is suitable for infect and extensive.Long time sustained light is not suitable for disease occured.
