Abstract: This paper studied using conventional foliar spray HFW-05 strain vegetables on persistent condition. Before applying Bassiana fungus, bacteria and actinomycetes background was investigated. It used 2.5×107 spores/mL concentration for three consecutive times, each time interval 5 d.The results showed Beauveria bassiana on different host plants into colonies wavy within two months. On the surface of different crop leaves, Beauveria bassiana eventually reached 106 cfu/g in fresh leaves eventually persistent stock level. The final persistent quantity of Beauveria bassiana in mesophyll of fresh leaf level reached 103 cfu/g.Meanwhile,the environmental release of Beauveria bacteria, actinomyces quantitative impact was not obvious, does not destroy the original ecological balance.
