Abstract: Crossing, selfing and sibling were applied to transfer multiple allels of genic male sterility(G MS)from AB12(AB line Ⅰ,cylindrical ecotype)to the male fertile line206006(mini ecotype)in accordance with Multiple Allele Hypothesis of Chinese Cabbage in this paper. As a result, the new genic male sterile lines with 100 % sterility were obtained by crossing between the male sterile plants of new AB lines type Ⅰ and 06006.The genetic basis of the male sterile line was expanded, which widen the applied range of genic male sterile gene.

Key words: Chinese cabbage, Genic male sterility multiple alleles, Transferring
