Studies on the Parameters of Energy Exchange of Photosynthesis for Different Ditelosomic Lines of B Genome in Wheat Flag Leaves

Abstract: During flag leaf life span of different ditelosomic lines,chlorophyll content reached the highest value at about leaf full expansion,and then decreased gradually.Chromosomal arm 1BL,2BL,6BL,7BL,2BS and 7BS had positive effect on chlorophyll content,while 1BS,3BS,4BS and 5BS had negative effect on it.The activity of parameters about energy exchange of photosynthesis,such as Hill reaction and photosynthetic phosphorylation decreased gradually during the leaf aging.In a word,chromosomal arm 1BL,7BL,1BS,4BS,5BS and 6BS had positive effect on those parameters,while 2BL,6BL,2BS and 3BS had negative effect on them.The parameters of energy exchange influence photosynthesis especially in late PHASe during leaf aging for the tested materials.
