Abstract: The phytase gene(phyA) of Aspergillus usamii 2418 strain, which had been already selected and identified by us in the key laboratory of biomechanics and tissue engineering, was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in this study. The PCR fragments were subcloned into the pBS-T vector.Nucleotide sequence analysis of the phyA gene showed that it comprised 1 347 bp without the signal peptide sequence and shows over 99% homology in nucleotides. It is the base of obtaining high active phytase and developing new microecological preparation.
