A Study on Relationship Between Heat Acclimation and Calmodulin Level in Wheat

Abstract: The calmodulin level was measured in wheat cultured cells and wheat seedlings during heat acclimation at 34 ℃。The results showed that the CaM level significantly increased during heat acclimation while Ca2+ was presented. And the Ca2+ chelator EGTA prevented the CaM accumulation.
