The Lay-out of the Temperature-Light Ecological Zone for Wheat Cultivars in China

Abstract

Abstract: Research results revealed that the temperature-light ecological system for wheat cultivars in china consisted of 2 zones in accordance with the seeding time,i.e.the spring-au-tunm seeding zone and the autumn-winter seeding zone.Based on the reactions of varieties to temperaure and light, the 2 temperature-light ecological zones were classified into four main regions and nine subregions.Four characteristics in the distribution of the temperature-light ecological zones in China were also discussed.
