Abstract: Four wheat cultivars and their Taigu fertile plants, sterile plants and Timopheevi cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) plants were studied to compare the developmental anatomic characteristics of their stems, leaves and leafsheathes Variance analysis showed that the two male sterile genes of Tal and CMS affected the development of these vegetative organs, especially of the bundles and all tissues.
