Research Progress on Related Genes of Resistance to Anthracnose in Plant

Abstract

Abstract: The expression of a series of resistant genes may be induced when the Colletotrichum infect the plants,thus the resistance to plant anthracnose could be enhanced.With the rapid development of science technology and biotechnology,the research of anthracnose resistant genes in plant has become a hotspot.This paper summarized the research progress in the genetic characteristics,genes mapping,cloning,genetic transformation and specific resistant markers of the anthracnose resistant genes in plant,and also put forward some personal opinions on gene exploring and transformation of anthracnose resistant genes.
