Abstract: Chloride Channel play an inportant role in the plant physiology. The cDNA of Chloride Channel gene (clc) from Zea Mays was isolated through In Silico Cloning. The results of sequence Analysis show that it includes 5 exons and 4 introns. Express product of clc gene was analysis by bioinformatics method, this hypothesis protein shows high similarity with Arabidopsis thaliana ATCLC-A, ATCLC-B.
