Abstract: Rice blast resistance genes-Pi genes was reorganized based the international registration or the periodical reports and anchored to the rice genome physics map. The study was conducted to provide the foundation for the Pi gene's fine localization and chart position clone. Molecular markers of Pi genes was anchored from www. gramene, org website to the physics map of Gramene Annotated Nipponbare the Sequence 2006. 42 Pi genes of 89 has lit through this research anchored which locates to the physics map 28 units places. 42 Pi genes, besides already 11 genes which had been cloned, other may do the further research as the Pi clone gene candidate gene.
