Put CpTI Gene Transfermatin of Soybean Somatic Embryo via Microprojectile Bombardment

Abstract: The somatic embryos of soybean cultivar Hefeng 25 were transformed by microprojectile bombardment. The factors influencing genetic transformation about somatic embryos of soybean had been studied. The results showed that the suitable condition via microprojectile bombardment were designed as twice bombardment, 1100 Psi Helium gas pressure, 2.5 mol/L CaCl2 concentration; The resistant plants to kanamycin were obtained, 2 positive plants were obtained among them by PCR. The result demonstrated that the target CpTI gene had been transformed into the soybean genome.
