Abstract: Polymorphism of between mapping parents, F-3 and HZL04-1, in C. sativus L. were analyzed by three kinds of molecular marker technology (AFLP, SRAP and SSR). The results showed that AFLP was the most efficient, and SSR the least. This indicated that the key for mapping in C. sativuss L. was to select high efficient molecular marker technology. The advantages and disadvantages of some kinds of molecular markers were also discussed. In this study, AFLP, SRAP are better for reference linkage map construction in Cucumis sativus L., and SSR is only a kind of complementary molecular marker.

Key words: Cucumis sativus L, Genetic map, AFLP, SRAP, SSR
