SSR Correlation Analysis of Linseed Lignan Content

Abstract: In order to further reveal the genetic mechanism of the content of flax lignans, 220 core collections of flax were repeatedly tested for lignan content for 2 years and 2 points, and SSR markers related to lignan content were mined by association analysis. This study detected SSR loci, and further omics verification can assist genetic improvement of flax lignan content and speed up the breeding process.The results showed that the lignan content of 220 flax germplasms varied from 3.24 to 11.76 mg/g, the coefficient of variation was 20.34%, and the generalized heritability was 61.03%. The 7 flax varieties were selected by repeated testing under 2 environmental conditions for 2 years;30 SSR primers amplified 203 polymorphic sites, with an average amplification rate of 56.28%, and an average number of effective alleles of 1.41. The average value of primer polymorphism content was 0.43. When the group structure K=4, 220 flax germplasms were divided into 4 groups. Correlation analysis of 203 polymorphic loci and lignan content, a total of 18 SSR locus were detected by GLM model analysis, and the phenotypic interpretation rate was 2.07% to 13.18%. A total of 16 sites were detected by MLM model analysis, and the phenotypic interpretation rate was 3.06% to 15.03%. Among them, the LU_83b loci had the highest interpretation rate in the GLM(13.18%) and MLM(15.03%) phenotypes, and the LU_203, LU_661, and LU_330 locus were under two environmental conditions.
