Abstract: Using the lysimeter to study the NO3--N leaching and N losing in grass agroecosystem, the results showed that nitration inhibitor DCD could increase grass yield 30%-50%.The more nitrogen the more leaching nitrate in the soil. The NO3--N leaching of concentration affected by both of the organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. The NO3--N concentration was declined from 220mg/L to 50-70 mg/L in the top leaching periods while applied DCD.The losing nitrogen by NO3--N dropped from 40.6% of the total nitrogen to 10% after applied DCD.N2O emission was declined from 560g/ ha to 48g/ha e.g,it reduced 11 times than that without DCD application.

Key words: Dairy effluent, Nitrogen, Nitration inhibitor,, NO3--N leaching, N2O emission
