Application Studies on Quick Testing of Purity of Cucumber Hybrid Seeds by Anti-herbicide Gene

Abstract

Abstract: Seeds of Tl and were obtained from To cucumber anti-herbicide transgenic plants selected by herbicide resistance and self-cross. Bar gene was showed to be integrated into cucumber chromosomes. Threshold concentration of herbicide used as field detection and lab detection were selected in herbicide resistance were obtained, two of which were used as male parent ;3 transgenic homO_Zygosis strains to hybrid with non-transgenic fe-male parent and get Fl hybrid seeds; test method of purity of hybrid seeds was established in lab and the test was finished during shoots and two leaves seedlings.
