Abstract: The purpose of this study is to detect the AME and the amino acid digestibility of Wanmai38 supplement withor without ancommercial enzyme which mainly include xylanase. TheAME was improved 4. 14%(P< 0. 05) signi ficantly by xylanase. Xylanase increased the dry matter diges tibility 5. 98% (P< 0. 05), the organism matter diges tibil ity 5136%(P< 0. 05) and the crude fat digestibi li ty 3. 01% (P> 0. 05), respec tively. The amino acid digestibili ty analysis showed that lysine, aspartic acid and cysteine were improved 5. 19%, 5. 00% and 4. 18%, respectively. The his tidine and proline digestibility were higher significantly 3. 67% and 2. 39% than control, respectively. The other amino acid diges tibil ity did not af fect by xylanase.

Key words: Wheat, Xylanase, AME, Nutrient ingredient digestibility, Amino acid digestibiliy
