RAPD Analysis of Wheat Salt-tolerant Mutant mtDNA

Abstract

Abstract: The mtDNA of wheat sal-t tolerant mutant RH8706-49, its female paren-t Punong 3665 and salt sensitive material H8706-34 were studied by RAPD.There are di fferences among the three materials. It suggested that the di fferece might be related to the increase the salt tolerance of the mutant 49. The special ampli fied produc ts of mutant 49 mtDNA were cloned.
