Abstract: The winter wheat resistance mechanism to aphids in different developing stage was studied in 4 winter wheat varieties of different resistance level in fields by means of anatomy and hydroxanomic acids analysis.Ths result showed that wheat resistance to aphids has objective relevance with the surface layer thickness of exterior cell in all test developing stage and the sites that aphids spite more likely, but no relationship between resistance and the gap or the thickness of exterior cells. In the stage of ear emerging, objective relevance also existed with density of exterior cells. The composition of amino acid and the feature amino acids were different in different wheat developing stages.Generally the content of Tyr,Met,His,Thr,Ser,Ile,Leu etc. has objective relevance with wheat resistance.Among them the ratio of Met,Tyr,His kept higher and steady in high resistant wheat varieties, which could be used as standards of resistance of winter wheat in the utilization of resistant genetic materials.
