Abstract: 11 traits of 52 squash cultivars were observed and analysed. Five principal branch quantitative traits were determined using the principal component analysis. The total accumulated contribution rate of the first and second principal branch traits was 65.06%. Based on the magnitude of the principal component values of experimental materials, the early-mature cultivars of squash with fine comprehensive traits were selected. A total of 52 squash cultivars was classified into six groups using principal component analysis.
