Abstract: Using methods of rotational designs and making the effects of controlling E. crusgallis as goal function and dosage of herbicide and soil moisture as decision-making variable, the mathematical model of the herbicide's dosage and soil moisture to goal function was set up. Simulating and seeking classy with it, acquired the optimize scheme was obtained to inhibit E. crusgallis by butachlor, acetochlor, bensulfuronmethy and methsuron-meth under influence of deferent soil moisture. The result showed, when the other conditions were same, the pivotal factor to control weeds was the herbicide dosage, and soil moisture had different effect on the efficiency of herbicides. When the soil moisture was excellont, the efficiency of the herbicide can be increased.

Key words: Soil moisture, Efficiency of herbicide, Mathematical model
