Abstract: This article are researched on the effect of tomato dfferent organ spraied by NAA on the absorption and transporation of 45 Ca by using the 45 CaCl₂ labeled method, the results indicated that when the roots labeled by 45 CaCl₂ and fruit stembranch, whole plant spraied by NAA, the 45 Ca radiation intensity of organ unit dry weight and the whole organ 45 Ca radiation intensity increased significatly, the 45 Ca importation amount increased esepcially significant when the fruit face spraied by NAA.
