Whole-genome Identification and Analysis of GmTAWl Genes in Soybean

Abstract: Twenty three GmTAW1 genes were identified through whole soybean genome using an yield gene Os TAW1 as a query sequence. Conserved domains were analyzed by sequence alignment,and phylogenetic tree was con- structed by MEGA 4. 1 software. Expression patterns of GmTAW1 family genes were investigated in different organs in soybean. The results could supply the gene resources to improve soybean yield trait by molecular technology.
