Studies on Phylogeny and Evolutionary of Subgenus Persicain China

Abstract

Abstract: To study the phylogeny and evolutionary path of subgenus Persicain China， the botanical characters， internal transcribed spacer(ITS) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA and psbA-trnH of the chloroplast DNA were used， and the three data were respectively analyzed by software SPSS 13． 0，MEGA 3． 0 and Network． Results indicated that A． ferganensiswas a subspecies of A． Persica，and suggested scientific name as A． Persicassp． ferganensis; A． potaninii was a independent species． The evolution sequences of subgenus Persicawas: A． kansuensis evolved from the original species A． mira， then evolved through two route，one evolved to A． davidiana and then to A． potaninii，other evolved to A． Persicaand A． Persicavar． ferganensis．
