Studies on Phylogeny and Evolutionary of Subgenus Persicain China

Abstract: To study the phylogeny and evolutionary path of subgenus Persicain China, the botanical characters, internal transcribed spacer(ITS) of the nuclear ribosomal DNA and psbA-trnH of the chloroplast DNA were used, and the three data were respectively analyzed by software SPSS 13. 0,MEGA 3. 0 and Network. Results indicated that A. ferganensiswas a subspecies of A. Persica,and suggested scientific name as A. Persicassp. ferganensis; A. potaninii was a independent species. The evolution sequences of subgenus Persicawas: A. kansuensis evolved from the original species A. mira, then evolved through two route,one evolved to A. davidiana and then to A. potaninii,other evolved to A. Persicaand A. Persicavar. ferganensis
