Abstract: The IL-8R gene and Lactoferrin gene polymorphisms of 80 healthy and subclinical mastitics -dairy cowswere detected respectively by PCR -SSCP technique, the somatic cells in the milk were counted. The results showed thatthe 2 genes polymorphisms have a certain relationship with the subclinical mastitics, genetypes SSCP -5 and genetypesSSCP -7 of IL -8R CXCR1 with high frequency in the healthy individual dairy cows indicated that they performed arather good resistance to subclinical -mastitics, so was genetypes SSCP -1 in lactoferrin gene 5'regulatory region.

Key words: Subclinicalmastitics, IL-8Rgene, Lactoferringene, PCR-SSCP
