Abstract: AFLP fingerprinting system was optimized by employing of five cultivars of walnut(Juglans rejia L.),forgenetic diversity analysis of walnut germplasm. Twenty pairs of informative primers were identified and recommended forAFLP analysis of genetic diversity of walnut.
