Abstract: Many maize breeders have been paying attention and efforts to solve the problem of narrow genetic diversi-ty in maize. In order to broaden the genetic basis in maize breeding,It is necessary to know the genetic diversity in thecurrent maize hybrids. There may be two waysto study the genetic diversiy in breeding. The one isto analyze the parnts ofmaize hybrids. The other is to analyze the parents of maize hybrids. In this study, analyses of yield combining ability,SSRmolecular markerswas made to study in 198 combinationswhich come from different strains in the basic S166 plants of39007 and 39002 groups and three types of tests in Incomplete Diallel Cross Experiments. The results showed that 39002S1groups showed more excellent in GCA of yield than 39007S1groups,number of polymorphic locus, proportion of poly-morphic locus, genes heterozygosity parametersof material and gene heterozygote in 39002S1groups over 39007S1groups,39002S1groups have more genetic diversity than 39007S1groups. And part of strain in 39002S1groups have the same ge-netic background with 39002S1groups.
